- Ongoing Project Review cadence and reporting
- Completed project analysis including:
- Budget analysis
- Customer Satisfaction
- Lessons Learned
- Team review/analysis
- Project trending - comparison
- Establish formal Risk analysis tools
- Project Estimates - Level of effort including project factors such as:
- Identified Risks
- Customer Profile
- Project Profile
- Mentoring and leading Project Staff
- Develop and implement standardized framework (tools and processes) for Resource management including:
- Planning and scheduling.
- Utilization targets and measurement.
- Planned Vs actual utilization
